William Seth "Bill" Wright, age 75, of Cookville, Texas, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2024 in Pittsburg, Texas.  Bill was born October 16, 1948, in Lubbock, Texas, to George Wright and Loma Lucile Horn Wright.

Bill worked with his dad farming cotton in his early years, and then became a Licensed Respiratory Therapist.  Bill was a Baptist.  He loved watching the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.  He also enjoyed playing on his phone, woodworking, collecting exotic guns, reading, and picking at people.  Bill also enjoyed astrology and UFO theories.  He was a pilot, and he always had a positive attitude.  Bill was known as a very gentle man.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Wright; his parents; and one brother, Danny Wright.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Todd and Paula Wright of Lubbock and Seth and LaKara Wright of Bullard, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Michael Goforth of Naples; one sister, Ann Ayres of Amarillo, Texas; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Darwin Ray and Linda Fuller of Lubbock; sixteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; five nieces; two nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples with Bro. Dwaine Higgins officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church or charity of your choice.
