Carmen Irene Hall, age 78, of Omaha, Texas passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015 at her home. Carmen was born August 26, 1936 in Norfolk, Virginia to Clare Parker Dean and Pearl Hess Dean.

Carmen was a florist. She attended church at First United Methodist Church in Naples. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed going to garage sales, antiques, and flea markets. When she was younger, she enjoyed dancing. She loved fishing, loved her friends, and loved her little dog, Rowdy.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roy G. Roberts; parents, Clare Parker Deal and Pearl Hess Dean; and one brother, James Dean.

Carmen in survived by her husband, Doug Hall of Omaha; one daughter and son-in-law, DeAnna Bert and Blake Neely of Naples; one son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Nancy Roberts of Omaha; one brother, Ronnie Dean of Daingerfield; two grandchildren, Kristi Jester and husband Emanuel, and Kacey Downing and husband Patrick; two great-grandchildren, Emily Seifried and Luke Downing; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at the funeral home, with Bro. Bryan Peck officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., prior to the funeral.
