Cecil Gearild Miller, age 78, of Marietta, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022 in Marietta, Texas.  Cecil was born February 25, 1943 in Texarkana, Arkansas to Jimmy Cecil Miller and Gearildine Fullenwater Miller.

Cecil was a retired masonry contractor. He attended Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Marietta, Texas.  Cecil enjoyed camping, hunting, spending time on the Sulphur River, and traveling.

Cecil was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Edward Morris; one daughter, Annelda Miller; and two brothers, Sonny Miller and Tommy Miller.

Survivors include his wife, Pam Miller of Marietta; two daughters and son-in-law, Jeanie and Mike Kerns of Cleburne, Texas and Annette Miller of Euless, Texas; one son, Brenton Miller of Marietta, Texas; one sister June Beck of Houston, Texas; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home, Naples, Texas.
