Charlie Mae Fulgham, age 96, of Omaha, Texas, passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 in a Mt. Pleasant, Texas nursing home. Charlie Mae was born June 12, 1920 in Naples, Texas to Edgar and Nona Presley.

Charlie Mae was a beautician and hairdresser. She attended Michael's Beauty School in Longview. She was a member at the Church of Christ in Naples. Charlie Mae enjoyed watching Dallas Cowboys Football, Texas Longhorns Football, and Texas Rangers Baseball. She spent many hours fishing, playing bingo, and reading the Bible. Charlie Mae was the Valentine Queen at Mount Pleasant Healthcare Center this past February.

Charlie Mae was preceded in death by her husband, M.L. Fulgham, in 2007; two sons, Jimmy Fulgham and Gary Fulgham; and two sisters, Novelle McEntire and Sara Teeters.

Surviving family members include one son, Mickey Fulgham of Lewisville, Texas; one sister, Dubie Ingram of Naples; two nephews, Al Ingram and Doug McEntire; two nieces, Barbara Griffin and Kim Luckey; three grandchildren, Ashley Gilboa, Josh Mims, and Aubrey Mims; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the Church of Christ in Naples with Jonathan Whitaker and Phillip Kelley officiating. Interment will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Naples.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Church of Christ in Naples.
