Barney Clifford Wyninegar, age 96, of Naples, Texas, passed away Friday, November 24, 2017 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Clifford was born January 26, 1921 in Marietta, Texas to Daniel Elbert and Zora Edmonson Wyninegar.

Clifford was a member at First Baptist Church in Naples. He was a United States Army veteran where he served as a medic in Hawaii. Clifford owned and operated Wyninegar's Pharmacy in Naples for 25 years. He was a 32 ^nd Degree Mason, a member of the Shriners Hella Temple in Dallas, a member of the Naples Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Texas Exes, and a Ham radio operator. He spent time fishing, playing the guitar, playing the bass, and traveling. Clifford thoroughly enjoyed life after retirement.

Clifford was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Mildred Wyninegar; his parents; one daughter, Paula Tigert; one brother Rudolph Wyninegar; and one granddaughter, Jennifer Crittenden.

Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Roxanne Wyninegar of Naples, Texas and John Wyninegar of Palm Springs, California; one son-in-law, Jerry Tigert of Rocky Branch, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Dewey and Dolly Wyninegar of Atlanta, Texas; three grandchildren, Julie Duncan and husband Ross, Jimmy Wyninegar and wife Rachel, and Bubba Wyninegar and wife Amanda; five great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 27, 2017 at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Nolan Richey officiating. Interment will follow at Flat Creek Cemetery in Marietta.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Flat Creek Cemetery Association.
