David Craig Davis, age 72, of Naples, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at his home. David was born August 4, 1946 in Ava, Missouri to Raleigh Davis and Wilma Jean Linder Davis.

David was a United States Air Force Veteran.  He was a carpenter.  David loved his carpentry trade.  He also enjoyed riding around town and spending time at Daingerfield State Park.

David was preceded in death by his father, Raleigh Davis; one brother, Larry Davis; and one sister, Phyllis Cox.

Survivors include his wife, Laura Davis of Naples; mother, Wilma Davis of Mansfield, Missouri; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Carl Wilbanks of West Plains, Missouri and Kim and Robert Hinton of Evant, Texas; one stepdaughter, Kristy Kight; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Kevin and Pam Todd of Bismarck, North Dakota; two grandchildren, Trevor Hinton and Jenna Hinton; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home, Naples, Texas.
