DeEtte Witt Endsley, age 78, of Omaha, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 21, 2019.  DeEtte was born September 6, 1941, in Omaha to James Vernon Witt and June Brown Witt.

DeEtte was a retired school teacher, having taught for years at Paul H. Pewitt CISD, and was a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society of Women Educators.  She was a lifelong resident of Omaha and a member of the Paul Pewitt graduating class of 1959.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Jimmy Witt, and nephew Kyle Nieman.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Erin and Tim Landrum of Liberty Hill, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Heather Endsley of Bee Cave, Texas; her twin sister DiAnne Witt of Omaha, Texas; brother Stanley Witt; three grandsons, Alston Landrum, Evan Endsley, and Brecken Endsley; one granddaughter, Alayna Endsley; aunt Louise Witt; cousin Paul Witt; nephew Dan Nieman; niece Tammy Sharkey; special caregiver Maria Melendez, and numerous other nephews and nieces.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019, at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples, Texas.  Funeral services will be held immediately following at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Keith Lauter officiating.  Following the service, burial will be held at Omaha Cemetery.
