Denzel Jamar Chism, infant son of Desmond Jamal Chism and Khara Renee Coffey, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in Arlington, Texas.

Denzel was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, David Coffey and D.E. Evans.

Survivors include his parents Desmond Chism and Khara Coffey of Mount Vernon, Texas; grandparents, David Coffey of Naples, Texas, Melissa Coffey of Bedias, Texas, and Victor and Stephanie Chism of Mount Vernon, Texas; great-grandparents, Brenda Coffey of Naples, Texas, Mary Ann and Eddie Franklin of Mount Vernon, Texas; Franciel Evans of Avinger, Texas, and Jerri Chism of Lone Star, Texas; and numerous other relatives.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Omaha Cemetery in Omaha, Texas with Rev. Jesse Jones officiating.
