Destiny Skyler Hagar, age 8, of Omaha, Texas, passed away August 1, 2015, from injuries sustained in a car accident. Skyler was born March 5, 2007, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to Tashona Hagar.

Accompanying Skyler on the journey to Heaven were her mother, Tashona Hagar; brother, Bubba Beard; and an unborn sibling.

Skyler is survived by her great-grandmother, Climmie Matthews; one sister, Nevaeh Whetstone; two special aunts, Takota Matthews and Rachael Stacks, and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at the Paul Pewitt High School Auditorium with Rev. Randy Seybert officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Titus County.
