Edwin Eason, age 75, of Naples, Texas, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017 at his home. Edwin was born August 24, 1941, in Houston, Texas, to Alfred and Loa Burnett Eason.

Edwin was faithful to the Berachah Church in Houston. He retired from Amoco Oil where he was an operator.

Edwin was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Nathan Eason, Raymond Eason, and James Eason; and two sisters, Esther Murphy and Velma Murphy.

Surviving family members include three daughters and one son-in-law, Kim Rodriguez of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Mavis Vivens of Houston, Texas, and Sharon and Jason Davis of the Woodlands, Texas; four sisters, Vivian Coleman of Longwood, Florida, Connie Strban of Crockett, Texas, Faye Brooks of Mayfield, Kentucky, and Sophie Chasteen of Palestine, Texas; one grandson, Allen Rodriguez; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home, Naples, Texas.
