Vera Enoice Rogers, age 88, of Naples, Texas, passed away October 1, 2020 at her home.  Enoice was born January 2, 1932 in Bassett, Texas to Gulie Kinlock Grisham, Sr. and Vera Lenora Rogers Grisham.

Enoice was a member at Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Marietta. She was a homemaker. Enoice enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, loved being outdoors bird watching, and painting ceramics.

Enoice was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Rogers; her parents; five brothers, Gene Hoard, Willard Grisham, Loyd Grisham, G.K. Grisham, Jr., Harold Grisham; three sisters, Theola Tuck, Naomi Peterson, Oleta Henderson; and one grandson, Alan "Hoss" Powell.

Survivors include three daughters and one son-in-law, Becky Powell of Hughes Springs, Texas, Pat Rogers of Dallas, Texas, Elaine and Robert Phipps of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Reta Voss of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Ladell Strafaci of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas; one sister-in-law, Lois Grisham of Lewisville, Texas; two grandchildren, John Powell and fiancé Cali Kamden, and Melissa Powell; one granddaughter-in-law, Jennifer Powell; three great-grandchildren, Kyleigh Powell, Aubreigh Powell, and Jesus Powell; special friend, Gail Wommack; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church with Dr. Chas Carlisle officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Marietta.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oak Ridge Baptist Church.
