Everett Garfield Johns, age 61, of Naples, Texas, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017, at his home. Everett was born December 26, 1955 in DeQueen, Arkansas to Felix Robert Johns and Dollie Dean Fairless Johns.

Everett enjoyed playing cards, playing dominoes, going fishing, going to the woods, watching westerns, playing with his great nieces and nephews.

Everett was preceded in death by his parents; favorite uncle, Larry Fairless; one niece, Yvette Johns; and one great-nephew, Kortnee Lee.

Surviving family members include one sister, Priscilla Johns of Naples; one brother, Robert Glen Johns of Naples; two nephews, Michael Johns, and Zack Forsyth and wife Lindsey Wilson; one niece, Rosalind Forsyth; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel.
