Floyce Ann Frost, age 97, of Union Chapel, Texas, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2026, in Texarkana, Texas. Floyce was born November 6, 1928, in Marble Falls, Texas, to Floyd and Mattie Durham Mauldin.

Floyce was a member of Union Chapel United Methodist Church in Union Chapel. She was a homemaker and a rancher. She loved tending to her cattle but never missed an opportunity to put on her lipstick and go out on the town. She also enjoyed her flowers, traveling, reading, dancing, and quilting. Floyce always had a story to tell, loved to laugh, and she never met a stranger. Above everything else, Floyce loved spending time with her family.

Floyce was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Frost; her parents; two brothers and one sister-in-law, James Mauldin and Wayne and Billie Mauldin; and one daughter-in-law, Charity Frost.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Belinda and Butch Abston of Union Chapel; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. Darrell “Bubba” and Glenna Frost of Union Chapel and Robert Dee and Julie Frost of Atlanta, Texas; one sister-in-law, Joy Mauldin of Hallsville, Texas; one brother-in-law, Joseph Frost of Texarkana, Texas; eight grandchildren, Deidra Namken and husband Michael, Leslie Abston, Dr. Andrew Jeb Frost and wife Tasha, Lana Kinney and husband Chris, Connor Frost, Travis Frost and wife Brittney, Robert Frost and wife Crystal, and Maddie Frost; five great-grandchildren, Collin Namken, Oliver Namken, Augustus Namken, Tatum Frost, and Isabella Frost; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 10, 2026 at Union Chapel Cemetery in Douglassville, Texas with Mrs. Vera Moffitt officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Chapel United Methodist Church.
