Frances Cornelia Foster, age 90, of Dallas, Texas, formerly of Omaha, Texas, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at Brookdale Lake Highlands Assisted Living in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Foster was born March 25, 1925 to Robert Mitchell Towler and Eunice Strickland Towler.

Mrs. Foster was a homemaker. She was a member at First Baptist Church in Naples. She enjoyed reading and was very involved in her church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louie V. Foster; her parents; one brother, Richard Towler; and three sisters, Emma Wright, Virginia Mills, and her twin sister at birth.

Surviving family members include one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Roy and Betty Foster of Texarkana, Texas; sisters-in-law, Virginia Boswell of Texarkana and Scottie Foster of Mt. Pleasant; four nephews, Tony Mills and wife Lilybeth of Dallas, David Wright and wife Mary of Tyler, Donald Boswell and wife Jan of Dallas, and David Boswell and wife Claudia of Hampshire, Illinois; three nieces, Glenda Foster of Plano, Brenda Hall of New Boston, and Shanna Foster of Texarkana; and numerous other relatives and friends

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2015, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 2, 2015, at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Nolan Richey officiating. Interment will follow at Omaha Cemetery in Omaha.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Naples, or to Concord Missionary Baptist Church of Omaha.
