Don Wayne "Hank" Dennis, age 73, of Omaha, Texas, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018 in Hughes Springs, Texas.  Hank was born October 21, 1945 in San Francisco, California to James Marion Dennis and Vannie Mae Dodson Dennis.

Hank was a mechanic in his earlier years.  He retired from Trico Lumber Company in Hughes Springs, Texas.  He was an artist, and enjoyed playing the violin, piano, guitar, and saxophone.

Hank was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Becky Leonard; two brothers, Henry Dennis and Steven Dennis.

Survivors include one brother, Monroe Dennis of St. Marcos, California; one sister, Wanda Lindsay of Omaha, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples.  Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Harrison Funeral Home with Rocky Burrow officiating.
