Howard Walter Belville, age 85, of Longview, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at his home. Howard was born February 24, 1937, in Yoakum, Texas, to Lee Roy Belville and Cora Cantrell Belville.

Howard was formerly the mayor of Naples, Texas.

Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Beth Belville; his parents; two sisters, Helen Brenneis and Hazel Schneider; and five brothers, Robert Belville, Leonard Belville, Earl Belville, Vernon Belville, and Marvin Belville.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

There will be a time of visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples, Texas.
