James Lee "Jim" Clark, age 73, of Naples, Texas, passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.  Jim was born December 11, 1947 in Houston, Texas to Lifus Andrew Clark and Betty Jean Anderson Clark.

Jim was an attorney and operated the Law Office of James L. Clark for many years.  He was a United States Army veteran.  He was a 32 ^nd Degree Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite.  Jim was very involved in the community in years past and spent many hours volunteering with hospice organizations and the Naples Lions Club.  Jim enjoyed working in his yard and watching football.  In his younger years, he enjoyed running, and he ran several marathons.  He also coached his son's soccer team.

Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Valarie Clark; his parents; one sister, Jean Pittman; one nephew, Scotty Pittman; and one niece, Beverly Pittman.

Survivors include one son, Jameson Clark, of Naples; one brother and sister-in-law, Andy and Margie Clark; three nephews, Donny Pittman, Allen Clark, and Paul Clark; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home, Naples, Texas.
