Jaycie Larae Clayton, age 13, of Naples, Texas, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Jaycie was born March 19, 2004 in Linden, Texas to Jason Lynn Clayton and Wendi Larae Dillard Clayton.

Jaycie was a member at Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha, Texas. She enjoyed riding four-wheelers, water-skiing, skateboarding, and horseback riding. She was active and fearless. Jaycie loved her dogs.

Jaycie was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Donald Cooper and Charles Clayton, Jr.

Survivors include her parents, Jason and Wendi Clayton of Naples; grandmothers, Dianne Cooper of Naples and Mary Clayton of Linden, Texas; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2018 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 12, 20108 at Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha with Rev. Nolan Richey officiating. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery in Omaha.
