Jeanette Mary Claybrook, age 81, of Omaha, Texas, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at her home. Jeanette was born April 30, 1943, in Marshalltown, Iowa, to Joseph Westendorf and Freida Klosterman Westendorf.

Jeanette was a member of Bar Nun Cowboy Ministries in Omaha.  She was a Pharmacy Tech for many years with Eckerd's Pharmacy and CVS Pharmacy.  Jeanette enjoyed making arts and crafts, especially woodwork and ceramics.  She also enjoyed gardening, fishing, and playing Farkle and other games.  She loved listening to music and dancing, and watching hummingbirds and cardinals.  Jeanette loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents; and two grandchildren, Shelby Frowiss and Brittany Riley.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Duane Claybrook of Omaha; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Margaret Claybrook of Simms, Texas, Joel and Shelly Claybrook of Naples, Texas, and Jason and Staci Claybrook of Pflugerville, Texas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Bryan Trickey of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and Duanna and Chris Frowiss of Granger, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, George and Judy Westendorf of Haverhill, Iowa; many grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Bar Nun Cowboy Ministries in Omaha with Bro. Dwaine Higgins officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service.
