Jerry Michael “Mike” Charlton, also known as “Uncle Mike,” age 67, of Naples, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at his home.

Michael was born on December 30, 1958, in Omaha, Texas, to Jerry Waylon Charlton and Patsy Ann Derrick Charlton.

He was a man who enjoyed working with his hands, especially carpentry, and loved tinkering on projects around the house. He also loved playing dominoes and darts with friends, sharing laughter and good times. Above all, he had a close bond with his family and cherished the time he spent with them. Michael was always willing to lend a helping hand to others, reflecting his kind and generous spirit.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his great-granddaughter, Wrynlee Yandle.

Michael is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Jody Yandle of Pittsburg, Texas; his sister, Pamela Collier of Cookville, Texas; his grandchildren, Kasen Yandle and Cody Yandle; and his great-grandchildren, Weslynn Yandle, Huntleigh Yandle, Lasen Yandle, and Clance Yandle; nephew, Dustan Sikes; nieces, Krystle Collier and Kelly Collier; and numerous other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples, Texas.
