Jerry Lynn West, age 64, of Naples, Texas, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 in Texarkana, Texas.  Jerry was born April 14, 1956, in Reserve, New Mexico, to Douglas Fairbanks West and Ernestine Vivian Tenbrook West.

Jerry was a retired machinist and mechanic.  He was a member at New Hope Seventh Day Adventist Church and attended Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Marietta.  Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching TV.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Melissa West of Naples; two sons, Corey Rutherford of Foreman, Arkansas and Daniel Rutherford of Naples; one brother, David West of Ector, Texas; one sister, Jaquita Skidmore of Ector; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples.  Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at New Hope Cemetery in Marietta with Dr. Chas Carlisle officiating.
