Jessie Lee Holcomb, age 94, of Omaha, Texas, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2021 at her home. Jessie Lee was born May 7, 1927 in Cookville, Texas to Lon Gentry and Gertie Davis Gentry.

Jessie Lee was a member of the Church of Christ in Naples, Texas.  She was a homemaker.  Jessie Lee loved fishing.  She also enjoyed hunting, especially squirrel hunting, and cooking.  She was an immaculate housekeeper.  In her later years, she and her husband enjoyed traveling, listening to music, and meeting new people.

Jessie Lee was preceded in death by her first husband, W.L. Wilhite, Sr.; her parents; three brothers, Roy Gentry, Johnny Gentry, and J.W. Gentry; two sisters, Roma Poole and Elsie Deaton; and two grandchildren, Jeffery Wilhite and Whitney Wilhite.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Holcomb of Omaha; one son and daughter-in-law, W.L., Jr. and Barbara Wilhite of Omaha; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Sammy and Paula Holcomb of Saginaw, Texas; three stepdaughters and two stepsons-in-law, Shirley and Darrel Claxton of Azle, Texas, Sharon and Jimmy Goyne of Fort Worth, Texas, and Saundra Holcomb of North Richland Hills, Texas; two great-grandsons, Jordan Wilhite and Blake Wilhite; ten step-grandchildren; sixteen step great-grandchildren; two step-great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Cremation services are under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home, Naples, Texas.
