Lenora Hall Cable, age 97, of Naples, Texas, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018, in Daingerfield, Texas. Lenora was born March 3, 1920 in Naples to Otis Henry Dodson and Vera Elizabeth Vaughan Dodson.

Lenora was a member at First Baptist Church in Omaha, Texas. She was a seamstress for many years at a plant in Marshall, Texas, where she made blue jeans for Sears, and later made parachutes for the military. Lenora loved fishing and camping. She also enjoyed baking, spending time with her family, and traveling.

Lenora was preceded in death by two husbands, Richard Hall and Hardie Cable; her parents; two brothers, Gene Dodson and Charles Thomas Dodson; and three sisters, Vannie Mae Dennis, Martha Tidwell, and Jeanette Smith.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, J.C. and Gayle Hall of Naples, and Dickie and Marsha Hall of Longview, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Moody and Sarah Dodson of Daingerfield, Texas; one sister and brother-in-law, Ada and Charles Elliot of Marietta, Texas; six grandchildren, Donald Hall, Ron Hall and wife Shannon, Susan Odom and husband Jack, Lacey Hedley and husband Aaron, Marci Bruner and husband Bryan, and Stacey Rychlik and husband Chad; sixteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Bar Nun Cowboy Ministries in Omaha with Bro. Dwaine Higgins officiating. Interment will follow at Dennis Cemetery in Hughes Springs, Texas. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church, prior to the funeral.
