Lynne Gober Mowery, 68, passed away on July 25, 2024. Born on April 25, 1956, in Brady, Texas to H.L. "Bud" Gober and Claire Schwenker Gober, she graduated from Brady High School in 1974 before pursuing her Licensed Vocational Nursing certification from Texas Tech University.

Lynne dedicated her career to nursing and worked in various healthcare settings, most notably as a school nurse for Duncanville ISD. Lynne was known for her caring demeanor and her strong faith in Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her spouse, Robert (Red) Mowery; her brother, Lee Gober; her son, Joel Wren and granddaughter Abigail Wren.

Lynne was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Claire Gober.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home, Naples, Texas.
