M. Louise Taylor, age 94, of Longview, Texas, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023, in Longview. Louise was born November 10, 1928, in Dallas, Texas.

Louise was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Longview.  She retired from Good Shepherd Medical Center where she worked in the personnel department.  Louise enjoyed shopping, swimming, and sewing.  She also enjoyed traveling and collecting antiques.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Taylor; father, George Linthicum; mother and stepfather, Etna and Norris McMichael; one daughter, Rebecca Grett; one stepbrother; and one stepsister.

Survivors include one daughter and two sons-in-law, Pam and Fred Bowen of Benton, Louisiana, and Tom Grett of Richardson, Texas; three grandchildren, Heather Raibourn and husband Kevin, Taylor Grett, and Kelly Grett and fiancé Graham Castles; one great-granddaughter, Sofie Raibourn; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 Monday, September 11, 2023 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples, Texas.  Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 11, 2023 at Omaha Cemetery with Rev. Janet Blackburn officiating.
