Mildred Louise Roach, age 85 of Pittsburg, Texas, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023 at her home. Mildred was born September 10, 1937, in Linden, Texas, to Earl William Brooks and Letha Odelia Tidwell.

Mildred was a member of New Hope Seventh Day Adventist Church in Marietta, Texas. She was a member of the Marietta Order of the Eastern Star. Mildred was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling and cooking. Mildred also enjoyed listening to music and spending time with her family.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Roach; and her parents.

Survivors include one son, Kevin E. Roach of Pittsburg; one daughter, Lanita Jackson of Pittsburg; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Leon Brooks of Blackwell, Texas, and Ray and Ivana Brooks of Jersey Village, Texas; two sisters, Betty Powell of Naples, Texas, and Faye Croy and Phil Sanders of Lubbock, Texas; two grandchildren, Meghan Bennett and husband Justin, and Nicholas Jackson and wife Kambry; four great grandchildren, Jackson Bennett, Jagger Bennett, Everett Jackson, and Ella Jackson; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples with Rev. Ricky Ricks officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Marietta.
