Muriel Daisy Remsen, age 95, of Naples, Texas, passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at her home.  Muriel was born October 8, 1924 in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York to Frank H. Kliesrath and Edith Owers Kliesrath.

Muriel attended Restoration Family Worship Center in Naples.  She was a retired pharmacy technician.  Muriel was a life-long member of the American Legion Auxiliary.  She enjoyed traveling with her senior group, doing all kinds of crafts, crocheting, and making jewelry.

Muriel was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Frank Kliesrath; and two sisters, Eleanor Acker and Meridith Kliesrath.

Survivors include two daughters, Kathleen West of Naples and Barbara Mongognia of Naples; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples, Texas with Bro. Bryan Peck officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the funeral.  In light of the current regulations, social distancing will be enforced.
