Nellie Arzana Lynch, age 89, of Marietta, Texas, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Marietta. Nellie was born January 2, 1929, in Eunice, Missouri, to James McCubbins and Nellie Lewis McCubbins.

Nellie was a homemaker. She was Baptist by faith.

Nellie was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Darrell Lynch; her parents; two brothers Harold McCubbins and Frank McCubbins; one sister, Blanche Grow; and one grandson, Brian Arey.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Darrell and Annette Arey of Maryland and Donnie and Gloria Lynch of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Perry Richardson of Marietta, Texas; five grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2018, at Bridges Chapel Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, Texas with Bro. Clay Potter officiating.
