Noel Venegas Zavala, age 42, of Omaha, Texas, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2015, at his home. Noel was born August 31, 1972, in Orange County, California, to Noel and Luissa Zavala.

Noel was employed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He was a park ranger at Dangerfield State Park. He was a member at the Church of Christ in Naples. He loved spending time with his children. He enjoyed building projects and he was an artist. Noel will always be remembered for his smile.

He was preceded in death by three brothers.

Left to cherish his memory are Noel's wife, Tandi Zavala of Omaha; his parents, Noel and Luissa Zavala of Michocan, Mexico; six children, Gabriella Zavala, Olivia Zavala, Jovani Zavala, Jet Zavala, Cruz Zavala, and Dakota Zavala of Omaha; one brother and sister-in-law, Victor and Esperanza Zavala of Michocan, Mexico; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, 2015, at the Church of Christ in Naples. An account to help Noel's family has been opened at American National Bank in Mt. Pleasant. Any donations are asked to be directed there.
