Patric Griffith "Pat" Malone, age 96, of Naples, Texas, formerly of Dallas, Texas, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Pat was born on December 2, 1918, in Coldwater, Kansas to Clayton Malone and Vera Griffith Malone.

Pat was a pilot in the United States Army, where he served during WWII. Upon discharge from the Army, Pat worked numerous jobs as a pilot before retiring from Lone Star Steel. He was also an avid golfer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Michael Malone; and one sister, Molly Malone.

Pat is survived by his wife, Glenda Malone of Naples; daughter, Ann Kopel of Wichita Falls, Texas; step-children, Michele Wesson of Naples, Cindi Caraway of Naples, and Kevin Wright of Jacksonville, Texas; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home, Naples, Texas.
