Patricia Ann Best, age 74, of Naples, Texas, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2022, at her home. Patricia was born March 25, 1948 in West Point, New York to John Jacob Neuer and Jean Elizabeth Norton Neuer.

Patricia was a very active member of the St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.  She worked in the research and development sector of Franklin Electric in California prior to moving to Texas.  Patricia loved animals, especially cats and dogs.  She enjoyed feeding the birds in her yard, being a wife, and working around her home.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Lee-ann Holland.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Best of Naples; one brother, John J. Neuer, Jr. of San Jose, California; one brother-in-law, Steve Holland of Bainbridge Island, Washington; two nieces, Elizabeth Conine and husband Ron of Yuba City, California and Theresa Schmid and husband Ted of Indianola, Washington; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home, Naples, Texas.
