Randall Wayne "Randy" Bell, age 72, of Hooks, Texas, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022 in Texarkana, Texas.  Randy was born February 4, 1949, in Texarkana, Texas, to Clavis Lee Bell and Dorothy Jean Buckland Bell.

Randy was a United States Air Force Veteran.  He was a retired truck driver.  Randy enjoyed fishing and he was widely known for his huge garden every year.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Heath and Lacy Bell of Texarkana, Texas; one daughter, Karrie Kemp of Texarkana; three grandchildren, Loren Bell, Karlie Stinson, and Karsyn Kemp; a very tight-knit group of first cousins; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 28, 2022 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bryans Mill, Texas with Rev. Mike Powell officiating.
