Harold Floyd "Red" Durham, age 86, of Naples, Texas, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Red was born May 18, 1938, in Ryan, Oklahoma, to Robert Henry Durham and Dailia Gretta Carter Durham.
Red attended Rocky Branch Missionary Baptist Church. He retired from the construction industry where he was a superintendent overseeing the construction of schools. Red loved horses and cattle. He lived for the art of the deal and enjoying buying, selling, and trading, especially antique tractors. Red also enjoyed anything outdoors, especially gardening and mowing his yard.
Red was preceded in death by his wife, Lenna Ann Burgin; his parents; and one son-in-law, Kenny Morgan.
Survivors include one son, Howie Durham of Waurika, Oklahoma; two daughters and one son-in-law, Tena and Glen Hobbs of Waurika and Fran Morgan of Naples; one brother, Bob Durham of Ryan, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2024 at Springhill Cemetery in Naples with Rev. Ricky Knight officiating.
