Robert Terril McCann, age 56, of Naples, Texas, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 in Plano, Texas. Robert was born September 3, 1964 in California.

Robert was a member at Oak Ridge Baptist Church.  He was a Software Development Manager and owned and operated FaithHeart.  Robert was a member of the National Rifle Association.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and playing guitar.  Robert loved the ocean, writing, and using his tractor.

Robert is survived by his wife, Suzie Yvonne McCann of Naples; his parents, Terry and Anita McCann of Phoenix, Arizona; two sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Tabatha Weatherly of Denton, Texas and Tommy and Maggie Weatherly of Gunnison, Colorado; one sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Kris Vanderschuitt of Hemet, California; one brother, Todd McCann of Phoenix, Arizona; four grandchildren, Taylor Weatherly, Jason Weatherly, Bryant Weatherly, and Cheyenne Smith; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples, Texas.  Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Marietta with Dr. Chas Carlisle officiating.

"And so I leave you with this thought. No matter what comes your way in life, turn to God. If things are looking pretty good, turn to God. He'll keep you on the right path. If things are getting difficult, turn to God. He'll help you through. If things are getting really tough, turn to God. He'll take you by the hand and lead you on. If things are getting impossible or too painful to bear, turn to God. He'll pick you up and carry you the rest of the way."
