Rowene Hilda Beasley, age 93, of Omaha, Texas, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at her home. Rowene was born October 12, 1928, in Commerce, Texas, to Curtis Albert Patrick and Christine Mildred Morgan Patrick.

Rowene was a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha.  She spent her working life in the banking industry.  Rowene was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  She enjoyed needlework, crafts, playing the piano, playing cards, working in her yard, feeding and watching birds, and writing poetry and inspirational stories for her family.  Rowene was the last person of her generation on both sides of her family.

Rowene was preceded in death by her husband, W.C. Beasley; her parents; three sisters, Rose Creamer, Wanda Guest, and Dena Coble; and one nephew, Russell Guest.

Survivors include numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, and a loving church family.

Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Concord Cemetery in Omaha with Rev. Nolan Richey, Rev. Glenn Griffith, and Rev. Ray Richey officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Concord Cemetery Association or to Chambers Hospice.
