Sally
Cobb
Jan 4, 1959 — Nov 18, 2025
Naples
Sally Jo Cobb, age 66, of Bryans Mill, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 in her home, nestled in the East Texas pines. Sally was born to Forrest and Joan Clair on January 4, 1959 in Lone Star, Texas.
Sally was a 1977 graduate of Paul H. Pewitt High School. Soon after high school she was married and had two precious boys, Jeff and Aaron. She was a homemaker until the boys got older. As a single mom, Sally then began to work at Pilgrims Pride where she was an inspector. While working and raising her boys, she decided that she wanted to study to be an EMT. She was very passionate about this role. Her health, unfortunately, did not allow her to be in the field as long as she had wanted, so she then became an EMT instructor. During that time, Sally was blessed to find the love of her life, Richard "Rick" Cobb and was married on June 26, 1998. Upon marriage, Sally gained a son, Josh and a daughter Natalie. Sally and Rick worked hard to be involved in all of their children's lives and soon welcomed grandchildren to their ever-growing family in which they so sweetly called them Grandma Sally and Papa Rick. Sally enjoyed horseback riding, cruising the roads with Rick on his motorcycles and sporting around in her red convertible. Her favorite place was the back porch overlooking their beautiful land and listening to music.
Preceding Sally in death was her son, Aaron Berry; her mother, Joan Clair and her sister, Jackie Clair all of Omaha, Texas.
Survivors include her husband, Rick Cobb; three children, Jeff Berry, Josh Cobb and Natalie Barrantes and her husband David; her father, Forrest A. Clair; brother, Michael Clair and sister, Stacey Morrow and her husband Johnny; daughter-in-law, Kristi Berry; her grandchildren, Wade and Jolie Berry, Grace and Michael Berry, Lexi and Jayden Cobb; and Ashlie and Caitlyn Anderson; and great grandchildren, Dayton and Haisley Thompson. Nieces and nephews, Brittany Skinner, Colton Clair, Alexa Foulke, Brooke Clair, Alyia Hall and Alysa Bower; great nephews, Luke Cain, Forrest Clair and Andrew Foulke; great nieces, Claire and Caroline Skinner and Audrey Cain.
A Celebration of Life Service will be at 6:00 p.m. Monday, November 24, 2025 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples with Dr. Mike Amerson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
The family was honored to have Sally cared for by these wonderful, loving ladies, Lathisha Craig, Bridgett Mitchell, Carolyn Turner, Melody Gilbert, Sallie Knox, Dominique Justice and Maggen Justice.
