Sandra Ann "Sandi" Cason, age 67, of Omaha, Texas, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018 in Omaha. Sandi was born October 23, 1950 in Bozeman, Montana to Harold Renne Wahl and Iris Kelly Wahl.

Sandi attended Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha. She retired from Texas Utilities where she worked in their drafting department. She was a troop leader for the Boy Scouts of America for many years.

Sandi was preceded in death by her father; two brothers, Ronnie Wahl and Danny Wahl; and grandmother, Lydia Jacobs.

Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Joe Mike Cason of Omaha; stepmother, Evelyn Wahl of Apache Junction, Arizona; two daughters, Hayley Carmody of Galveston, Texas, and Echo Johnson and husband Kelly Don of Omaha; three sons, Jeff Carmody and wife Erin of Fort Worth, Texas, Grant Cason of Commerce, Texas, and Toby Joe Cason and wife Karlie of Flint, Texas; two brothers, Garry Wahl and wife Diane of Red Oak, Texas, and Larry Wahl of Apache Junction; one sister, Renee Wahl of apache Junction; two grandchildren, Noah Carmody and Rachael Carmody; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Concord Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Nolan Richey officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.

The family would like to say a special "Thank You" to Cypress Basin Hospice and Focused Care Health Center for all of the care given to Sandi. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Concord Missionary Baptist Church.
