Seth Wiley Carter, age 20, of Omaha, Texas, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019 in Tyler, Texas.  Seth was born August 20, 1999 in Dallas, Texas to Mickey Wiley Carter, Jr. and Shana Colleen Broiles Carter.

Seth was a member at Concord Missionary Baptist Church.  He graduated from Paul Pewitt High School in 2018 and he was currently attending the Mt. Pleasant ISD Career Training Center.  Seth was active in Special Olympics throughout school and loved going bowling.  He also enjoyed watching TV (especially bull riding and basketball), and going out to eat.

Seth was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Broiles.

Survivors include his parents, Bud and Shana Carter of Omaha; grandparents, Mickey and Nancy Carter of Omaha and Colleen and E.J. Carson of Omaha; two brothers, John Cody Carter and Brady Carter of Omaha; aunts and uncle, Keitha Nilsson of Daingerfield, Texas, and Shelly and Jeff Knight of Naples; cousins, Kelvey Nilsson, Thomas Knight, and Ryan Knight; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples.  Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020 at Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha with Rev. Nolan Richey officiating.  Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery in Omaha.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mt. Pleasant ISD Career Training Center, 2230 North Edwards Ave., Mt. Pleasant, TX 75455.
