Fannie Sue Kinney Vissering, age 87, of Naples, Texas, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2015, at her home. Sue was born October 14, 1928, in Simms, Texas, to Jesse Joe Kenney and Annie Belle Proctor Kinney.

Sue was a homemaker. She was a member at Liberty Baptist Church in Naples. She attended James Bowie High School. Sue enjoyed shopping, talking on the telephone, and taking care of children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Vissering, Jr. in 2000; parents; one son, Jimmy Vissering; three brothers, Sam Kinney, Boyd Kinney, and Waylan Kinney; and one sister, Oleta Howell.

Surviving family members include two daughters and one son-in-law, Brenda Vissering of Naples, and Glenda and Scott West of Naples; one daughter-in-law, Connie Vissering of Naples; one brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Patsy Kinney of Paducah, Texas; three sisters, Ovella "Tootsie" Forsyth of DeKalb, Shirley Smith of Fruitvale, and Barbara Osborn of Weatherford; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2015. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at Liberty Baptist Church in Naples, with Bro. Shane Sibley officiating. Interment will follow at Naples Cemetery in Naples.
