Teresa Carol Davis, age 53, of Lone Star, Texas, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at her home. Teresa was born March 9, 1970, in Naples, Texas.

Teresa was a school teacher for many years. She loved animals and enjoyed arts and crafts.

Teresa was preceded in death by her mother, Madeline Lawings; one brother, Jeff Smith; and one sister, Lisa Peace.

Survivors include her father and stepmother, Charlie and Cindy Smith of Mount Vernon, Texas; one son and daughter-in-law, James and Emily Davis of Newark, Texas; two brothers, Freddy Dorough and DeAnna Runyan of Marietta, Texas and John Rust of Marietta; one stepbrother, Blake Beggs and wife Carla of Saginaw, Texas; one stepsister, Dace Martin of Longview, Texas; five grandchildren, Dylen Davis, Olivia Davis, Whitley Davis, Evelynn Davis, Everleigh Davis; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 24, 2023 at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Marietta, Texas with Rev. Zack Tunnel officiating.
