Juanita Jane "Toni" Leflett, age 75, of Omaha, Texas, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at her home. Toni was born June 2, 1944 in Bremerton, Washington to Harold Chester Perry and Mabel Elaine Manion Perry.

Toni was a member at Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha.  She was a retired Certified Medical Aide.  Toni enjoyed all kinds of crafts, shopping, gardening, bowling, and cooking.  She loved spending time with her family.

Toni was preceded in death by her husband, Claude "Buster" Leflett; her parents; and four brothers, Butch Perry, Bob Perry, Timmy Perry, and Johnny Perry.

Survivors include four daughters and three sons-in-law, Sally and Carl E. Cain of Naples, Texas, Mary Leflett of Many, Louisiana, Jeanie and Rusty Carpenter of Omaha, and Brandy and Michael Garcia of Omaha; one son and daughter-in-law, Scooter and Nancy Leflett of Omaha; three sisters, Frankie McCall of Morganton, North Carolina, Vicki Grant of Wasilla, Alaska, and LeAnne DeShon of Boise, Idaho; eleven grandchildren, Jonathan Silcox, Ashley Joyner, Cody Leflett, Kandice Haynes, Cristen Capers, Megan Swain, Joclyn Capers, Ariel Luthe, Hunter Garcia, Mason Garcia, and Luke Garcia; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples.  Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 7, 2019 at the funeral home with Rev. Glenn Griffith and Rev. Nolan Richey officiating.  Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery in Omaha.
